Under the direction of the Office Manager, performs inbound call center functions; answering service questions, communicating with branch personnel to assist in resolving service issues, selling lawn care services over the telephone, and qualifying leads. Perform data entry maintenance activities associated with maintaining customer demographic information, processing of credit card payment information, documenting customer conversations, and cancelation detail.
