The role sits between design, front-end engineering, product, accessibility, and leadership, focusing more on strategy, governance, adoption, documentation, and enablement than day-to-day coding. This role requires someone with actual design-system adoption/governance experience, strong front-end technical fluency, accessibility/WCAG, and the ability to bridge design and engineering – we are not looking for a UI designer or developer.
