Regularly communicate learning objectives to parents through oral communications, written evaluations, personal emails, parent meetings, regularly scheduled emails, bulletin board, handouts, etc; Effectively conduct written athlete/gymnast evaluations for each student - in a timely, accurate and detailed manner; Assist in ensuring that Sweet Peas are successfully recognized and joyfully promoted pursuant to the evaluations and certificates and assist in coordinating the promotions; Personally facilitate athlete/gymnast recognition including direct personal recognition, recognition to parent, certificates, evaluations, promotions, tangible rewards (stickers, stamps) etc; Support and participate in facility special events . Enthusiastically assimilate and teach the Sweet Pea curriculum incorporating skills to be mastered, weekly goals and objectives leading to the mastery of the required skills, and to facilitate learning and enjoyment; Competently learn, study, train and become proficient in the skills required for each level, the progressions taught at each level, and skills necessary for all classes within the gymnastics program; Regularly and consistently teach classes as assigned, understanding the importance of consistency in the learning environment and recognizing that our program has high expectations/strict limitations with respect to employee absences and punctuality; Provide for the growth and development of each Sweet Pea student.
