The Credit Products Underwriter III - Commercial is primarily responsible for underwriting more complex financial transactions, including the financing of multiple business endeavors such as: investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee. The majority of your time will be spent conducting the complex credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors including; investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee.
