What to expect in the Underwriting Graduate "P28" Program: Receive insurance industry training from internal and external experts through a structured classroom experience Intensive training with Beazley product lines including, but not limited to: Crime, Executive Risk, Environmental, Property, Cyber Learn directly from experienced underwriters and industry professionals Build relationships with program alumni, peers, brokers, and senior leaders from across the organization Participate in presentations, case studies, and project-based learning opportunities Engage with Beazley''s employee resource groups (Beazley SHE, Race, Proud, Families, Wellbeing, Neurodiversity) Social events and outings with Beazley leadership, colleagues, and brokers The program provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the insurance industry while preparing them for a permanent underwriting position within Beazley. We also expect Beazley employees to: Comply with Beazley procedures, policies and regulations including the code of conduct Undertake training on Beazley policies and procedures as delivered by your line manager, the Culture & People or assurance teams (compliance, risk, internal audit) either directly, via e-learning or the learning management system Display business ethics that uphold the interests of all our customers Ensure all interactions with customers are focused on delivering a fair outcome, including having the right products for their needs Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary for your role as outlined by your line manager, the Culture & People or assurance teams (compliance, risk, internal audit) and ensure you keep up to date with developments in these areas.
