To qualify for this role you must have** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related disciplines + Minimum of 3-5 years of consulting and/or industry experience in life insurance, annuities, retirement or group benefits + Strong oral and written communication skills including executive presentation skills + Experience assessing and improving business processes, systems, and associated technologies + Understanding of Insurance and Annuities products and the insurance operations processing lifecycle + Experience documenting business processes related to insurance operations + Experience with one or more of the following business functions: product development, sales/distribution, new business, underwriting, post issue servicing policy administration and/or claims + Travel to client site as necessary **Ideally, you'll also have** + Advanced degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Economics or related disciplines **What we look for** We're interested in passionate leaders with strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the life and annuity, group benefits, and retirement industries. + Understand / communicate complex operational insurance issues and establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels + Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about engagement progress and expected outcomes + Stay abreast of current industry trends relevant to the client's business.
