This role reports directly to the Enterprise Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall accountability for RGA's $125B global investment grade platform, including public corporate credit, structured products, and investment grade private credit across all regions. In addition to investment performance and risk management, this leader is responsible for developing a high-performing global organization of approximately 33 analysts, strategists, and traders, driving innovation, organizational effectiveness, and modernization through technology, data, and artificial intelligence.
