p>Other Information: Required: Bachelor�s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing, at least one (1) of which was in home health or community health program which included care of the sick at home, or a diploma in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with 5+ years of experience, one of which was in home health or community health that included care of the sick; and completion of 6 credits received in Community Health Nursing Theory, or 6 credits in Health Care Management from an accredited college or university program or school of nursing. Determines a workable case load for staff members using appropriate guides and criteria, such as statistical reports, territory to be covered, complexity of cases, average length of stay, and level of staff expertise.
