Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of all ticket sales strategy and execution, outbound phone calls to generate new season ticket, specialty packages and group sales, retention of current season ticket holders through elite customer service, daily and weekly reporting, and other duties as determined by senior management and the Athletics Department.
