Physicians maintain a diverse practice within a collaborative, physician-led ACT model while working alongside transplant surgeons, hepatologists, nephrologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary care teams. In addition to transplant anesthesia, physicians participate in a broad range of complex adult surgical cases, allowing for well-rounded clinical practice within a busy academic tertiary care medical center.
