Leads team to diagnose application problems and develop plans to correct issues that may include modifications to user procedures, user data entry instructions, user training, and/or application correction and enhancement proposals. It is also responsible for supporting the existing systems of the Knight Diagnostic Laboratories and the Biolibrary systems and will supervise staff that supports these systems in new development, upgrades, interfaces, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
