Assists clinical staff during procedures and exams, including but not limited to: performing room set-ups, assisting patients with preparation steps (e.g., dressing/undressing, etc.), handing of instruments/ supplies, acting as a chaperon, holding or restraining patient, etc. Performs phlebotomy/obtains specimens as ordered, and prepares blood samples/specimens for ordered tests completing required order forms/labels, and arranging for and/or delivering specimens to appropriate labs/drop off points.
