The role involves performing selection and validation of metallic and non-metallic materials, participating in qualification test programs, and leading the development of company-wide production processes to meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. Provide M&P direction and guidance to design and manufacturing engineers on metallic and non-metallic parts, including selection, heat treating, non-destructive inspections, coatings, bonding, cleaning, and other production processes.
