Progressive Vacation Plans, Sick Leave & Paid Holidays – Members receive 80 hours of vacation (First year is prorated for new hires based on start date), 1 hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked, and 7 paid holidays each year. Every day, you will perform equipment check-ins, steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment, perform light mechanical work, ship and receive, and more!
