Central utilities scope typically includes chilled water, process cooling, heating hot water, steam, compressed air, process piping, HVAC, and related mechanical equipment (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, air handlers, and associated controls). This role supervises all on-site mechanical construction for central utilities, including scheduling of trade contractors, utility and structure work, and vendor equipment installations, while ensuring compliance with plans and specifications and tracking project schedule and budget.
