The incumbent is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, assigning and prioritizing work, responding to service calls, troubleshooting complex building-system issues, and assisting with the installation, maintenance, repair, and routine service of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC/R, Central Plant, Kitchen Equipment, and other facility systems. The position requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, effective communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-paced facilities environment.
