Monitors and reports on design project schedules and budgets, and implements corrective actions when neededEnsures design team meets design schedules and budgets for all assigned water supply and distribution design projectsPerforms Quality Control on design projects by other engineers and consultantsImplement Quality Assurance program for internal design teamEngages and manages consultants and reviews invoicesReviews and opines on submittals and field changes during construction phaseRepresents or assists in representing company in public settings with respect to projectsPerforms engineering design services associated with the development of Capital Improvement Programs and related design documents such as preliminary design reports, project cost estimates, cost/benefit analysis, value engineering reviews, and various evaluations and reports concerning system hydraulics, water supply, distribution, storage, treatment and water quality projectsPerforms engineering design services and/or supervision of design services associated with new business projects Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited college requiredRegistration as a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California required.
