Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: PMEL (Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory) or TMDE (Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment) training and military experience in the calibration field, plus 5+ years civilian experience (at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity) should sufficiently prepare a candidate for this position.
