Job Description Customer Service Representative (CSR) Overview • The Customer Service Representative works with customers who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services. • They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process. • The CSR will work with a small team under the guidance of the CSR Customer Service Billing Manager. Customer Service Representative (CSR) Requirements • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 1-2 years customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with customers • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Experience with utility software/applications preferred • Previous CSR experience working at a utility company a plus Skill Set customer service
