Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience designing enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, Payroll, or similar systems preferred) • Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar • Experience creating: o Wireframes and prototypes o User journeys and workflows o Design documentation for development teams • Demonstrated ability to: o Lead meetings and design discussions o Present concepts to stakeholders at all levels • Experience collaborating with technical IT teams • Strong communication and facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing payroll, HR, or financial systems • Familiarity with compliance-driven workflows (e.g., payroll regulations, auditing requirements) • Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, such as: o Generative design assistants o AI-powered user research tools o Automated prototyping or accessibility tools • Understanding of agile development environments Key Competencies 1.
