Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures, wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords) by using appropriate hand/power and specialty tools. Accomplish a wide variety of duties related to the building trades including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, steam fitter, carpentry, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, HVAC, boiler, fabrication, grounds maintenance, communications, welding and equipment installation.
