Definition: The Director of Business Operations will work directly with the Superintendent, Treasurer, and Executive Director of Human Resources to oversee the Facilities/Maintenance, Food Service, and Transportation departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and the community. Works collaboratively with Hamilton County, Anderson Township and Village of Newtown emergency responders, including fire and police, as well as county, township and village officials, to respond to and enhance safety/security in the district.
