Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, procedures, and patient care, safely restrain and handle dogs, cats, and other veterinary patients, perform and assist with diagnostic procedures, including diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, phlebotomy and venipuncture, anesthesia and patient monitoring, preparing and administration of medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian, monitor patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the medical team, maintain accurate and timely medical records, and assist with upkeep of treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.
