The engineer coordinates with internal project teams and external stakeholders, ensures compliance with applicable codes and regulations, and contributes to constructability reviews, temporary bypass planning, value engineering, cost estimates, and schedule considerations throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves developing hydraulic calculations and models, preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports, and supporting construction through RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and field issue resolution.
