Specialized experience includes applying basic management principles and administrative procedures to support studies, data collection, and program evaluation activities; Ability to gather, track, and analyze data to identify trends, assist with workload measurement, and support assessments of program effectiveness and compliance; Preparing routine reports, summaries, and briefings, and communicating information clearly with staff and stakeholders; Working knowledge of healthcare operations, quality management processes, and regulatory requirements; Using computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office and data systems) to compile data, maintain records, and generate reports; and Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support process improvement efforts within a team environment. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-5 level in the federal service, that equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties of this position and that is typically in and/or related to the position being filled.
