3–5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership, clinical informatics, virtual nursing, digital health, quality improvement, or healthcare workflow implementation experience preferred. This role leads AI governance, patient safety and quality oversight, workflow design, implementation, education, and program evaluation to support the responsible integration of technology into nursing practice.
