Establishes and governs the lifecycle of non-human identities - service accounts, API keys, certificates, workload and machine identities - including inventory, ownership assignment, credential rotation, and periodic review. SUMMARY: The Director, Identity & Access Management (IAM) will ensure Motion's identity and access posture is strong, proactive, and aligned with current and future business objectives, including the needs of newly acquired operations as Motion grows.
