The Interim People & Culture Manager partners closely with the Complex Director of People & Culture, the People & Culture team, resort leadership, and department managers to ensure consistent application of company policies and practices, timely completion of HR processes, regulatory and company compliance, and a positive team member experience across all three resorts. The position will serve as the primary day-to-day People & Culture resource for Amara Cay while also having complex-wide responsibility for key HR functions, including compliance and required training, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, employee relations, HR administration, and general People & Culture support.
