Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Transportation, Logistics, Education, Training, Safety, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, or related field and 4 years of experience in training, operations, transportation, logistics, compliance, process improvement, or related area. Decision rights and scope This role owns site-level execution of Fleet Development training programs, including training delivery, facilitator readiness, class scheduling, participant support, site preparation, and escalation of compliance or performance risks.
