Act as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for AI transformation initiatives for the OPM role, owning end-to-end program management from scoping and planning through execution and scaled deployment Accountable for end-to-end manufacturing operations integration with AI tools, driving supplier readiness activities and executing development builds leading up to ramp and mass production Establish the appropriate engagement model and define roles and responsibilities between internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sourcing, Quality) and external manufacturing partners Use knowledge of AI/ML technologies and operational data to influence key design, architecture, and process decisions to meet Operations KPIs Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to management, presenting options for resolution to the cross-functional executive team through new product reviews Champion continuous improvement by demonstrating the ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Partner with leaders to design end-to-end workflows that integrate AI agents and automated orchestration, managing the transition from NTI to NPI Manage program health including backlogs, sprint adherence, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and escalation management across multiple functional teams Produce clear program artifacts - charters, roadmaps, status reports, and decision documents - that present options, tradeoffs, and risks to facilitate executive decision-making Transition successful pilots into repeatable playbooks and hand over ongoing governance to PMO/Operations and functional ownersData-driven problem solving skills to address multi-dimensional problems with high levels of uncertainty across multiple functional teams Deep experience managing integration programs and digital transformation in complex hardware, consumer electronics, or semiconductor environments Strong operational and program management background in manufacturing, supply chain, or product development, including managing supplier technical operations Experience communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators, and clients at different levels, including influencing cross-functional executives Track record of driving AI programs from concept through scaled deployment, with measurable operational outcomes and successful transition into the NPI phase Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 15+ years of experience in program management or operations leadership within hardware, manufacturing, or AI transformation environments PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes (cycle-time reduction, cost savings, quality improvements, risk mitigation) through structured program execution Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Experience leading large-scale transformation programs that leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies in operational environments Demonstrated ability to build and scale Centers of Excellence, PMOs, or similar structures for technology adoption and program governance Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Deep experience working on New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and scaling at production Experience with advanced AI techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, generative AI, computer vision, NLP) and their application to physical product operations Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Ability to travel at least 25% on-site to suppliers during critical bring-up and build activitiesMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. The successful candidate uses data to inform decisions and consistently informed on emerging AI capabilities, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs, influencing key design and architecture decisions, and translating AI strategy into executed, operationalized workflows across teams, functions, and external partners.
