Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Coordinating design team projects responsibilities throughout the full design project lifecycle; Developing visual concepts, including generating ideas and sketches into visual concepts using Procreate or Boords, and transferring the hand drawings to digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator; Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs; Working with front end engineers to build websites, landing pages, and H5 campaigns using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or After Effects; and Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness. Qualifications Must have a Master s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Art, Digital Art, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Art, Digital Art, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
