FTE: 83 Salary: $25,600 - $34,100 PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assistant Volleyball Coach Serve as assistant volleyball coach with specific coaching responsibilities assigned by the head coach; Attend practices, competitions, meetings, planning sessions, and other essential volleyball-related activities; Assist the head coach in the administration and management of the volleyball program as assigned; Actively participate in the recruitment of student-athletes; Support the holistic development and positive student-athlete experience for members of the volleyball program; Demonstrate professionalism and engagement in professional development activities, including staying current with teaching techniques, strategies, and trends, attending professional meetings, and serving in leadership roles when appropriate; Adhere to the rules, policies, and regulations established by Luther College, the conference, and the NCAA; Demonstrate a willingness to support the mission, philosophy, and goals of Luther College and Division III athletics; Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach.
