Examples of specialized experience includes:(1) Working with principles, theories, techniques, and practices governing Air Force Safety Center (AFSEC) military personnel programs, including mission objectives and organizational structure: to execute enterprise-wide personnel program administration, (2) Applying in-depth knowledge of DoD, Air Force, Federal, and industry policies, laws, and regulations to manage complex and sensitive military personnel program functions and ensure compliance across AFSEC operations, (3) Utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to develop, monitor, and interpret statistical data measuring program efficiency and effectiveness, supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement of AFSEC-wide initiatives, (4) Employing qualitative and quantitative assessment techniques to evaluate administrative program productivity, effectiveness, and alignment with mission requirements across AF/SE and Headquarters Air Force Safety Center, (5) Applying thorough knowledge of governing regulations, instructions, and organizational procedures to conduct staffing requirements analyses, utilization studies, and workforce assessments supporting mission execution. The primary purpose of this position is: To assist the Commander in analyzing, planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling programs, activities and operations primarily specific to the military personnel and alternately to civilian personnel assigned to AF/SE and Headquarters Air Force Safety Center (HQ AFSEC).
