- Plan and host 2 events each month for the residents in the apartment community with the purpose of caring for and connecting with residents, connecting residents to one another and to services or local businesses in the wider community.

Sector Focus** + Deep expertise in the Life Insurance and Annuities sector, including carriers and distribution ecosystems + Strong understanding of policy administration systems (PAS) and the surrounding technology landscape (billing, claims, CRM, data, actuarial platforms) + Familiarity with leading core platforms (e.g., Vantage, FAST, ALIP, Sapiens, etc.) and modernization programs **Sales & Client Engagement** + Proven track record of originating, shaping, and closing both complex and straightforward transformation deals within Life Insurance + Ability to engage C-suite and senior business/technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive pipeline growth + Skilled at translating business challenges into technology-led solutions that deliver measurable value + Acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on modernization strategies while aligning solutions to business priorities **Core Capabilities** + Deep understanding of the end-to-end life insurance value chain, including: + Underwriting and new business + Policy administration and servicing + Actuarial modeling, valuation, and risk management + Finance, reporting, and regulatory operations + Ability to credibly engage actuarial, underwriting, and finance stakeholders, translating between technical, actuarial, and business perspectives to shape and sell solutions + Ability to position and sell modernization of legacy PAS environments, including: + Cloud and platform transformation + Data and analytics enablement + Intelligent automation and AI **AI & Value Proposition** + Ability to sell and articulate AI-driven transformation, including: + Use of AI/GenAI to enhance underwriting, actuarial insights, and customer lifecycle management + Application of Agentic AI to streamline policy administration and enterprise workflows + Clearly connects solutions to business outcomes, such as: + Faster underwriting and improved risk selection + Enhanced actuarial insight and financial forecasting + Improved customer and agent experience + Reduced operating costs and increased efficiency **Market Presence** + Established relationships across Life Insurance carriers and ecosystem partners in the Northeast + Recognized as a strategic seller and advisor to both business and technology leaders, including actuarial, finance, and underwriting functions Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:** **California (San Francisco Bay Area): $222,960 to $401,160** **California (All Other): $204,360 to $367,800** **Colorado:** **$185,760 to $334,320** **Massachusetts: $185,760 to $367,800** **New York City:** **$222,960 to $401,160** **Washington:** **$204,360 to $367,800** **Washington DC: $204,360 to $367,800** **This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
