Job Title: Grace Kids Coordinator - Preschool or Elementary Time Status: Part Time Position Summary: The Grace Kids Coordinator supports either preschool or elementary ministry by ensuring a safe and well-staffed environment. This role focuses on volunteer coordination and weekly ministry support. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in recruiting and onboarding volunteers.</li><li>Support volunteer training.</li><li>Help manage volunteer schedules.</li><li>Serve as Hallway Coordinator.</li><li>Support weekly ministry operations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience.</li><li>A member of Grace Baptist Church, or a willingness to become a member.</li><li>Committed to the core values of the church.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Team-oriented and dependable. </li><li>A demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive, confidential church information.</li><li>Ability to perform services independently, without direct supervision, as well as work cohesively within a team environment. </li><li>Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude, even when under pressure. </li></ul>Time Commitment: <ul><li>Up to 20 hours a week.</li><li>Flexible schedule.</li><li>Weekend service availability required. </li></ul>
