Support organizational marketing and employer-brand initiatives by coordinating employee spotlights, leadership profiles, recruiting campaigns, workplace announcements, social media content, website updates, event promotions, photographs, and branded materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and approved external vendors. The position works closely with leaders, employees, payroll, Human Resources, Marketing, and external community partners to provide responsive service, strengthen organizational capability, promote the company's employment brand, and support a culture aligned with the company's ELEVATE values.
