You will drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales.During a Typical Day, You'll<ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products to potential customers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to ensure optimal communication and collaboration</li><li>Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements</li><li>Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents to help them achieve sales targets and revenue goals</li><li>Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and development</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotional activities that resonate with sales agents</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for sales agents to address any questions or concerns related to health insurance products</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to make strategic recommendations for improving sales performance</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Role<ul><li>A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.</li><li>Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable. </li><li>Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applications</li><li>Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing</li><li>Ability to multitask.
