Interface with vendors to schedule and oversee routine service work for preventive maintenance, safety inspections, pest management, and HVAC maintenance on facility systems such as care of boiler and air handling units and water loop, replacement of batteries for smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, replacement of light bulbs as needed, etc. Coordinate and oversee maintenance services provided by parish volunteers and vendors, and assign small repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, phones, computers and carpentry to the appropriate resource.
