Engages with potential riders to assess individual transportation needs, explain available transit options, assist with basic trip-planning guidance, identifies potential eligibility for alternative transportation programs, and connects individuals with appropriate LeeTran representatives or partner organizations for additional services and resources. Works directly with residents, visitors, customers, and community organizations to communicate available transit options, explain service features and resources, distribute informational and promotional materials, and encourage use of LeeTran's fixed route services.
