The VISN 6 Network Homeless Program Manager (NHPM) is responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of the complexity of Homeless Programs on VISN 6 campuses and in the communities to include: Housing and Urban Development-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH), Grant and Per Diem (GPO), Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Residential Services (CRS), Homeless-Patient Aligned Care Teams (H-PACT) Support Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), and Veterans Justice Programs (VJP). Develops and recommends guidelines and criteria for proper staffing, equipment and facilities for new and existing Homeless Programs in coordination with the VISN 6 Chief Medical Officer, VISN 6 Chief Mental Health Officer, National Homeless Program Office and other entities as appropriate.
