Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year Volunteer Coordinator experience preferred particularly in recruitment, training and supervision of volunteersExcellent administrative abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, sensitively, and compassionately While you may provide occasional support to the broader Southwest team, most travel will be within east to west across the state for Camden, Gloucester, and Atlantic, focusing on recruiting and onboarding volunteers in your primary three counties, extending south into parts of Cape May.
