The Production Coordinator Team Leader works closely with worship, pastoral, creative, and ministry teams; recruits, trains, schedules, and supports production volunteers; maintains production equipment and workflows; and helps ensure services and events are prepared, staffed, and executed with excellence. This role serves as a key production partner for weekend services, rehearsals, special services, livestreams, and ministry events and is expected to communicate proactively, work collaboratively, and represent CLC with professionalism, humility, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.
