Plan, direct, manage and oversee assigned engineering activities and operations of the Municipal Development department including traffic engineering, engineering, street maintenance, storm drainage maintenance, and construction services; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies; and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director of Municipal Development. Represent assigned engineering activities to other divisions, departments, elected officials and outside agencies; coordinate assigned activities with those of other divisions, departments and outside agencies and organizations.
