Build and implement new custom manufacturing equipment and processes from concept through production• Support equipment specifications, design reviews, documentation, and installation activities • Integrate new equipment into production using hands-on fabrication, installation, and troubleshooting skills• Provide basic training and share knowledge with production and maintenance teams on new equipment and processes• Support continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, reliability, and process capability • Coordinate and oversee contractor work related to equipment and process implementation. Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolve mechanical or process issues• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share technical information and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams• Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and support multiple projects at once.
