Implement Strategic Plan, ensuring that strategic objectives are progressively achievedEnsure alignment and collaboration of Next Steps Program with Life Recovery Program (WRS, UGM Mens Program, and WRC) to promote long-term recovery and life transformationParticipate in Outcome Based Management Process, e.g., SWOTs, SMART goals, one-on-onesMaintain all client notes in Waypoint for cross-department communication and to maintain meaningful statistics and to substantiate the effectiveness of the ministryEnsure WRC Director is aware of all critical activities and concerns with clients, programming, volunteers slated for WRS.Attending meetings assigned: i.e., staff, treatment team, team building, training, and strategic planning meetings. Obtain information from clients to determine if there are barriers to success in a long-term recovery program and work with Case Management Manager to assist in resolving barriers when appropriate: i.e., CPS involvement, parenting plans, outstanding warrants, DV threats, etc.
