Perform field site visits to thoroughly and safely verify, research, and evaluate existing conditions and systems; document findings through the use of photos, videos, or other electronic means and provide detailed electronic reports identifying issues discovered, and a scope of work along with means and methods of completion. Collaborate with facilities teams, operations, project managers, manufacturer representatives, contractors, architects, engineers and/or other outside subject matter experts to gather all relevant information necessary for developing project scope, estimates and schedules.
