Provide oversight and technical direction for complex water resources projects,includingdrainagedesign,stormwatermanagement,hydrologicandhydraulic(H&H)analysis,floodplainstudies,watershedassessments,andresiliencyplanningacrossallphasesofprojectdelivery. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including drainage studies, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, stormwater management planning, floodplain evaluations, and the preparation of design plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), while ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and budget and schedule commitments.
