NSCHC was created by three compassionate physicians and multiple community partners and volunteers in 1993. NSCHC would like murals drawn/painted in the three exam rooms at the Northview Heights Clinic.

VOLUTEER OPPORTUNITY - NSCHC would like murals drawn/painted in the three exam rooms at the Northview Heights Clinic. If unable to donate supplies, must be able to provide a quote for supplies. Must be willing to clean-up supplies and area when done for the day, so that clinic may proceed during business hours. VOLUNTEER IMPACTNSCHC was created by three compassionate physicians and multiple community partners and volunteers in 1993. It now serves over 4000 patients. In 2008, a small clinic opened in Northview Heights public housing community. To brighten up the cinderblock and the ambiance, an artist painted multiple murals throughout the clinic. However, during recent repairs and renovations, these murals were painted over. It would be wonderful to re-instate the colors and the positive imagery into this space again!

Responsibilities include providing oversight of the families and volunteers in attendance at our evening support group programs. This oversight covers a wide range of tasks from planning and logistics to clinical assessments of families and coordination and support of a volunteer team. Staff may also conduct family assessments over the phone to determine family program participation. This is a part time position with evening hours about 16 hours a week. Job SummaryThe Youth Development Professional will be hands-on with the youth to implement curriculum and programming on a day-to-day basis. This role is responsible for the supervision and safety of all program participants as well as relationship building. This role will ensure that they follow all DHS Chapter 3270 Regulations and BGCA Safety requirements. Requirements<ul><li>A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate and 2500 hours experience working with children.
