Minimum two (2) years of organizational, administrative, and technical experience, including maintaining detailed records of cow herd health data, grazing/pasture use planning, materials, equipment and service history, safety data sheets for materials kept on job sites, and tracking outside entity requests; preparing reports related to budgets, expenditures, and revenue; and using Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS Online, and shared drive systems for scheduling, reporting, mapping, and file management. Minimum three (3) years experience in ranch infrastructure operation, repair, and maintenance, including fencing, water systems, solar and wind equipment, vehicle and livestock trailer operation on 4x4 rural roads, heavy equipment use for moving all sizes and formats of hay, feeding containers, other materials and performing occasional road maintenance, repair coordination, remote housing upkeep, and managing complex capital projects.
