Assists colleagues and users with training, record-keeping, and reporting; creates detailed full-picture profiles of every volunteer participant within the Salesforce database and maintains all internship records, schedules, service hours, benefits information, and detailed communications records. Partners with internal and external partners, consultants, and evaluators to deliver upon requisites of an expansive episodic service program aimed at delivering field service projects throughout Greater Boston.
